High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filters

HEPA filters are manufactured fro Borosilicate micro-glass fibre filter media. The fibres are bonded with acrylic binders to provide mechanical strength as well as water repellency. The filter pack, constructed by pleating a continuous length of the filter medium over corrugated aluminium foils in between the pleats, ensures effective use of the entire filter medium and uniform air flow. The aluminium separators provide strength and rigidity to the filter pack. This pack is then bonded into a double turn filter casing. The HEPA filters can be supplied in MS, Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Fire Retardant Plywood Casing. The frames can be powder coated, enamel painted, epoxy painted, cadmium plated or anodised. All the HEPA filters will be provided with soft, closed pore neoprene rubber gaskets, either on the downstream side or both sides as per individual requirement.
